When you became a teacher, if you’re anything like me, you were passionate about teaching children and making a difference.
But now you’re ready to use your experience to have an even greater impact - not just in your own classroom, but at a whole school level.
But when you think about the extra responsibility, you’re having doubts.
Am I good enough? Have I got enough experience for the next step? Is it worth it?
You could wait and gain some more experience. You could do yet another course or get another qualification. Spend years waiting until the time is right.

How it works
1. Head on down the page and choose the coaching package for you. Hit the 'Buy Now' button.
2. You'll see my calendar for you to choose the date and time that works for you.
3. Once you've confirmed your payment details, you'll complete a short questionnaire. This will ensure we both have clarity about our session and I'll know your challenges and goals.
4. You'll get an email to confirm the date and time with the Zoom link. We'll meet on Zoom for our coaching session. We'll discuss the information you shared in your questionnaire. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear plan and actionable steps to move forward towards your goal.
5. You'll get a copy of the session recording for you to download and keep.
